2. Products & Availability
All artwork and prints are made to order and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer and to discontinue any item at any time.
We make every effort to display the colours and images of products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will display them perfectly.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (if applicable), unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payments are securely processed via our approved payment providers. We do not store or have access to your credit card details.
4. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are packed with care and shipped from Sydney, Australia. Whether you're ordering an original, a print, or a framed piece, everything is handled professionally to ensure it arrives safely.
PACKAGING
Unframed prints are rolled and shipped in heavy-duty tubes.
Canvas artworks are securely boxed and shipped flat.

Please allow up to 10 business days for orders to be processed and packed, especially for prints made to order. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your piece is on the way.

If you are purchasing artworks in the Sydney metropolitan area there is an option for delivery by Claire. Please reach out to discuss at the email address above.
5. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the custom-made nature of each artwork, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue.
If there is a clear fault or damage in transit, we are happy to offer a store credit.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, text, artwork, graphics, and designs—is the intellectual property of Claire Campbell and is protected under Australian and international copyright laws.
Claire’s artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form—digitally or physically—without her express written permission. This includes prints, digital files, and any representations of her work for commercial or personal use.
Any unauthorised use of her artwork is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
